OMC, Mama got up out of bed to play with us for the first time in a week last night! We were almost bouncing off the walls all week when Mama was sick in bed with sinusitis (whatever that is). We so loved all our presents we got for the holidays that we wanted to play and play! All we got was go play together and cough! and sneeze!
Livia was so exited to see wittle mousie that she ran back and forth, forgetting how down-tailed she just was with Mama because she was stuck in the linen closet for a few hours yesterday afternoon and wasn't found until Mama realized she was missing when she started playtime. I must say, it's awfully difficult sometimes to know Livia has gotten herself stuck some place when she spends most afternoons napping in her penthouse of our cottage!
We want to thank Antibiotics, whoever they are. We also want to thank our friend Carol Hyska, a.k.a., Auntie Carol, for stopping by Thursday night and bringing Mama some Vernors pop and other yummy things. We were very sick of hearing Mama complain to Grandma to get on a big birdie and come here from California to pick Mama up some pop.
By the way, Carol is a cat lady like Mama. She makes the best catnip toys we've ever massacred! You can get some at Carousel Cat Clinic or at Backdoor Friends Cat Shoppe, both in Farmington Hills, MI (read the catnip article below for more information).

ReplyDeleteI hate it when the humans are sick. Well, I think they hate it too but if only they were half as smart as we are, they'd stay at home to play with us instead of going outside when it is sooooooo cold!
