We had fun weather today! The weather guy was right that today would be fun for us to visit Mother Nature, and it was! Mama said to make the most of it 'cause it's gonna be all gone by tonight.
Boy, it was sure odd to be out on our patio without our flower pots full of pretties for us to look at and when our bird feeder and wind chimes are put away. What was also weird was there were no birdies tweeting or anything; just the drip, drip sound of melting snow. We were only out for a few minutes 'cause Mama said it was damp and kind of chilly-willy. That's okay, we were just happy to be out for a little bit. Here's what's coming next week:

ReplyDeleteIt was very warm here today. So warm I had to open up some windows. But, the wind picked up this evening and now it's pretty chilly out! Stay warm kitties!

ReplyDeleteChilly and damp! Mama is overprotective. We don't have a fancy-shmancy catio like you see on some TV shows. We live on the bottom floor of our building, so we've got a patio, i.e., concrete slab. We've been trained to stay on the concrete or we get busted. We also get busted if we nibble on the grass (Ateret and Abbi!). We'd love a catio!
DeleteEverything gets to you one day before it gets to us--we are still warm today but Mimi and I can feel the temperature change, and hear it in the wind in the treetops.
ReplyDeleteLucky kitties. We had a record high of 73 degrees yesterday and it hit 69 today so we are also enjoying outside time. But we demand to go on our screened deck even when it is cold. We just ask to come in again and warm up and then out again and then in again, then out again…Well, you get the picture! Have a great week!
