Kitty Tales (behind The scenes) Gives Musings The Reality Award

Last week, we at the Musings Of A Crazy Cat Lady, as in Ateret, Livia, Abbi and I, were honored to be given the Reality Blog Award from our friends at Kitty Tales (behind the scenes). Kitty Tales is Denise Brixey's very cute and very special blog with posts as told in her "cats' voices"  about the world as they see it.  Denise is also involved with Wee Bar None Pet Placement to help place cats, dogs and barnyard animals in forever homes.

We wish to thank Denise, BoBo and Mi-Mi for nominating us for the Reality Blog Award.  We're very touched.

There are rules we must follow in order to accept this award:

Here are the five questions and our answers:

If you could change one thing, what would you change?

We'd change prejudices against cats of all colors and ages.

If you could repeat an age, what would it be? any year?

I'm sure Ateret would like to go back and show her best friend, Tereza her appreciation for her friendship, so she'd like to revisit the morning of July 5, 2007, hours before Tereza died.  I often recall a line from my favorite film, Out Of Africa: "...The Earth was made round so that we would not see too far down the road."

What is one thing that really scares you?

Ateret says, how much time do you have?  Seriously, being alone without me. Abbi says car monsters scare her.  Livia says being lost scares her.  What scares me has already happened - those I loved the most have all predeceased me.

What is one dream you have not completed, and do you think you'll be able to complete it?

Abbi's dream, besides eating as much as she likes, whenever she likes without health-related consequences, is to topple Ateret from #1 big boss girl status. Livia's dream is to have everybody live in harmony.  Ateret's dream is to cuddle me all the times and never part.

If you could be someone else for one day, who would it be?

The girls love who they are. They've got incredible self-esteem.  Abbi can't imagine anybody being as awesome as she.
